La sanità transfrontaliera nelle regioni italiane

 

Il cittadino italiano che intenda avvalersi dell'assistenza transfrontaliera dovrà presentare apposita domanda di autorizzazione all'ASL territorialmente competente secondo le normative regionali.

Spetta, quindi, alla Regione e al distretto sanitario competente accettare le richieste di autorizzazione e procedere al rimborso per i pazienti in base alle tariffe regionali vigenti.
